On August 14 at around 9:45 p.m., officers responded to the 3900 block of 4th Street, where they found a female victim suffering from stab wounds, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
The victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was identified as Cynthia Parker, officials reported.
Anyone with information on the incident or the suspect is eligible for a $25,000 reward, and should contact police at 202-727-9099.
